Ayakta-the fabric of space '

Eminent Malayalam writer C Radhakrishnan has come up with a new theory that is likely to provide a new dimension to the existing on the evolution of the universe, matter and space. It proposes 'fabric of space' as the basis of universe and explains particle as a small volume of 'space with additional toughness.'



In an article published in the Prespace Time Journal, C Radhakrishnan and his son K R Gopal, propose the theory of 'Avyakta', inspired by Indian philosophical premises. Through the new concept of Avyakta, the authors say that the fabric of space provides substrate for all the fields including electromagnetic field, gravitational field and Higgs field.

The entire enigmas in physics can be explained by the concept of the fabric of space, instead of the round-about way resorted to till now, the authors claim. "Every finding will hold good, all mathematical derivations and observations in relativity would remain the same; only the background concept needs to change."

"My experiments and explorations to understand the enigma of the universe started 60 years back," Radhakrishnan said. "But the assumptions of the explorations took the present form with the help of my son K R Gopal." He said that the theory of concept of Avyakta is inspired from Vendanta and Indian philosophy.


Key aspects of Avyakta, the fabric of space:

 A fabric of special nature pervades the entire universe as a continuous web- Avyakta.

  Avyakta (fabric of space) is pliable in its own way. It can be Tough, Humble or Flat at any given time. When it is Tough, it spreads out if left free. When humble, it has a tendency to shrink while in it is Flat, it remain idle.

 Now, the fabric of space is declining in its toughnes, but has not reached the Flat state. The weakening of the toughness began with the Bing Bang.

 Explaining the particle, the new theory assumes it as a small volume of space with an additional toughness, surrounded by it.

 The continuity of the particle with the surroundings is not broken any time because Avyakta is a continuous fabric and the particle is not separate from it.

 Avyakta cannot be weighed, dissected or transformed with any present device, as any equipment is necessarily its product and changes itself as and when the background changes.  Avyakta is beyond the observational capacity of the sense organs. There are only indirect evidences such as the gravitational wave, but the number of such pointers is steadily increasing along with advancements in physics.
